What are the daily OPD consultation timings?
Outpatient Department (OPD) clinics run Monday through Saturday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM across all medical and surgical departments. Walk-in registrations open daily at 8:00 AM. Emergency consultations operate 24x7.
Can I reschedule or cancel my online appointment?
Yes. You can reschedule or cancel your consultation by calling our central OPD desk (+91 80 6900 2200) at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled slot time.
Is cashless insurance applicable for outpatient (OPD) visits?
Most insurance policies cover hospitalization (inpatient) care. However, certain corporate wellness plans and OP riders provide OPD reimbursement. Please check with our on-campus Insurance Help Desk.
Are wheelchair and mobility assistance available at arrival?
Yes. Dedicated patient transport executives, wheelchairs, and stretchers are stationed at main hospital entrance porches and emergency bays for immediate assistance.
